Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.
Shipping Method & Fee
Orders are shipped via USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging in resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, opened, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, tattoo gels, nail products, lashes, and makeup tools cannot be returned once opened or used.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to the customer, such as ordering the wrong item or changing their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
